Hello come back again in this blog I write an assignment from Ms.Dini. I’m tell you a dessert menu in Oisho Ramen, at Sepakat 2 street. I looked at the menu , need a long time i choosed the menu. Finally I’m take a decision to choose which I prefer after i think, i choose dessert menu. That is Ichigo Mochi Purin, which cost Rp.12000. I choose this cause i curious with the Japan food, and i want to taste it. And the place so beautyful and make me comfortable with the room condition.
Oh before that, do you wanna know the meaning of Ichigo Mochi Purin? The meaning of Purin is pudding , and the meaning of Ichigo is Stawberry. So if who you are not like strawberry , maybe you must know the meaning of the menu that available in the menu, to make you can easily choose what are the food you don’t like or you are like. Mochi is a rice cake from glutinous-rice that have been soft pound, mochi can fill whatever we are like and the eksterior smear with wheat flour. And this mochi is fill with strawberry ice  suit with the name.
In the first time i eat mochi, the tekstur is soft and like eat black sticky rice with wheat flour (with strange varian or mix taste of flour), fortunately in the inside proportion of this mochi there is a ice cream so this is so delicious when it enter to my mouth. This so fragrant with strawberry aroma and the shape is very cute. Then there is a pudding and the pudding is splash with vla milk and bean sowing on the top , and it’s so nyummy with mix of vla. But actually, the vla is less for me haha, i like vla pudding. and then this puding isn't too tasty only cause mix of vla it feel nice and this pudding only have ordinary taste.

Kerupuk Basah or local language called "temet" is one of the mainstay culinary from Kapuas Hulu regency, West Kalimantan, which is famous Friday (24/11/2017) . Kerupuk Basah is one of the typical culinary province of West Kalimantan precisely from the Kapuas Hulu area with its capital Putussibau, very delicious if it is felt by dicocol with the appropriate sauce.
