Nanda is a student. When she was on vacation to
Yogyakarta with her friend, she met with Nosi an employee at Alba Company. At
that time, Nanda returned Nosi’s wallet it she found.
Nanda : Excusme. This is your wallet ?
Nosi : Oh, yes. Thank you. This wallet very precious for me. There is my
client’s business card in it.
Nanda : Your welcome, i’m happy to help you.
Nosi : Are you alone now ?
Nanda : Yes.

holiday ?
Nanda : Yes. I and my friend, Riani, come to here for holiday. Oh look, we

Nanda : I want nasi goreng and ice tea.

Nanda : I majored in accounting.

business of Tanjungpura University, but I took the major of management.

Nanda : Yes. Thank you.
Nosi : By the way, what your favorite food, Nanda ?
Nanda : My favorite food is bubur pedas. Especially, Pak Ngah bubur pedas
on Pangeran Nata Kusuma road. This place is always crowded to visit.
Nosi : Bubur pedas ? I like too. I’m curious how to make it. Do you know
how to make it ?
Nanda : Yes I know. I’ve seen the process of making it. The ingredients you
should prepare to make a bubur pedas is various kinds of vegetables
such as ferns, kale, sprouts, long beans, young corn, turmeric leaves, yam and kesum leaves. The vegetables cut into small pieces, then cooked together with main ingredients
such as rice, coriander and nutmeg roaster. And then insert that has been roasted coconut. After all the ingredients ripe, Bubur Pedas is ready to be served in a
