“INTRODUCTION, FOOD REVIEW, AND BEST FRIEND”

Nanda is a student. When she was on vacation to Yogyakarta with her friend, she met with Nosi an employee at Alba Company. At that time, Nanda returned Nosi’s wallet it she found. 

Nanda  : Excusme. This is your wallet ?

Nosi    : Oh, yes. Thank you. This wallet very precious for me. There is my client’s business card in it.

Nanda : Your welcome, i’m happy to help you.

Nosi     : Are you alone now ?

Nanda : Yes, why you ask?

Nosi     : Good. I want to take you to lunch for a gratitude. Do you mind ?

Nanda : Sure. I happen to want to lunch now.

Go to a restaurant for lunch.

Nosi     : I’m Nosi. What’s your name ?

Nanda : My name is Nanda.

Nosi     : Are you a student, Nanda ?

Nanda : Yes. I’m a student. How about you ?

Nosi     : I’m an employee at Alba Company. I came here for a business trip. Where your college ?

Nanda : Wow, good. I studied at the Faculty of Economic and Business of Tanjungpura University, Pontianak.

Nosi     : Pontianak ? I’m from Pontianak also. Are you come to Jogja for holiday ?

Nanda : Yes. I and my friend, Riani, come to here for holiday. Oh look, we have arrived.

Nosi     : Your right. Let’s come in. Hmm, what do you want to order ?

Nanda : I want nasi goreng and ice tea.

Nosi     : Okay. Wait, I order it.

Nanda : Ok. Thank you.

After ordering food, Nosi returned to her seat.

Nosi     : By the way, how your study ? What your major ?

Nanda : I majored in accounting.

Nosi   : Good. Actually, I’m also graduate from Faculty of economic and business of Tanjungpura University, but I took the major of management.

Nanda : It’s really good, it seems is very helpful in your job.

Nosi     : Yes. It’s very helpful.

Nosi     : Hmm, this food looks really good, Let's eat.

Nanda : Yes. Thank you.

Nosi     : By the way, what your favorite food, Nanda ?

Nanda : My favorite food is bubur pedas. Especially, Pak Ngah bubur pedas on Pangeran Nata Kusuma road. This place is always crowded to visit.

Nosi     : Bubur pedas ? I like too. I’m curious how to make it. Do you know how to make it ?

Nanda : Yes I know. I’ve seen the process of making it. The ingredients you should prepare to make a bubur pedas is various kinds of vegetables such as ferns, kale, sprouts, long beans, young corn, turmeric leaves, yam and kesum leaves. The vegetables cut into small pieces, then cooked together with main ingredients such as rice, coriander and nutmeg roaster. And then insert that has been roasted coconut. After all the ingredients ripe, Bubur Pedas is ready to be served in a warm state, as a complement  can be given anchovy and roasted peanuts so as to provide a savory taste.

Nosi     : Wow, you are great. You can explain it in great detail.

Nanda : Yeah, because this is my favorite food.

Nosi     : By the way, How your friend now ? Had she lunch ?

Nanda : Of course. She would not miss her lunch.

Nosi     : Looks like you really know your friend, huh?

Nanda : Yes. We've been friends from childhood. She is my best friend.

Nosi    : Really ? It's nice to be on holiday with your best friend. If Julia is here. We can take a vacation together.

Nanda : Julia ? Who is that ? Is she your friends ?

Nosi    : Yes. She is my best friend. In the past we like to vacation together just like you. Now because of busy work each of us so rarely can take a vacation.

Nanda : Hmm, what a shame ! If you do not mind, tell me about Julia.

Nosi    : Julia is a beautiful girl and very friendly. She has a fantastic sense of humor and she can always make me laugh. Julia loves to help her friends with pleasure and unconditioned. I am very happy to be his friend. Julia and I have the same hobby, that is shopping. We used to spend time on weekends to shopping at the mall.

Nanda : Wow, she is a wonderful girl.

Nosi     : Haha, thank you. Julia would love to hear it. If there is a chance, we can meet later in Pontianak with our friends.

Nanda : Yes, Good idea. We can shopping together.

Nosi     : Haha, okay. Have you finished your meal ?

Nanda : Yes. I’m done. Do you want to go now ?

Nosi     : Yes, I have an appointment with a client and I have to go now.
